TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the described property as 267 Parrish Road, Bainbridge, Georgia 39817 (Tax Parcel BJ020015), as follows to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel BJ02 15, lying and being in Land Lot 179 of the 15 th Land District, Decatur County, Georgia, being Lot 10 and the triangle lot adjoining Lot 10, Block A, shown in Plat Book 3, Page 150, described in Deed Book 313, Page 438, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 267 Parrish Road.
Will Expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th day of February, 2023, or 30 days from service of notice.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of November, 2021 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Decatur County, Georgia, in Deed Book 489, Page 450.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 28th day of February, 2023, or 30 days from the service of notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
