PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS
NOTICE

TO: Any party of interest and/or heir whose address is unknown and all other interested persons:
Christy Smiley, daughter of Thomas Ernest Smiley, Sr., Heir of the estate of John Conyers and of Louvenia Conyers, Deceased, has filed a petition for Determination of Heirs, seeking a new determination of heirs of the said estate. All interested parties are hereby notified to show cause, if any, why said petition should not be granted. All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth grounds of any such objections, and must be filed with the court on or before March 30, 2026.
All pleadings/objections must be signed under oath before a notary public or before a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your pleadings/objections. The filing fee for pleadings/objections is $75.00. If any pleadings/objections are filed, a hearing will be scheduled at a later date. If no pleadings/objections are filed, the petition may be granted without a hearing.
