TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the described property as 2014 Vada Road, Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia 39817 (Tax Parcel B0760017), as follows, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel B 76 17, lying and being in Land Lot 200 of the 15th Land District, Decatur County, Georgia, being Lot 6, Sunny Ridge Subdivision, shown in Plat Book 1, Page 90, being a portion of the property described in Deed Book J-21, Page 437, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2014 Vada Road.
Will Expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of March, 2026, or 30 days from service of notice.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of December, 2024, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Decatur County, Georgia, in Deed Book 540, Page 991.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of March, 2026, or 30 days from the service of notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Diego Francisco, 831 E Evans Street, Bainbridge, Georgia, 39819 or PO Box 1461, Bainbridge, Georgia, 39818.
