NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
1) Willis L Heard ETAL, 2) Heirs and Assigns of Willis L Heard, 3) Willis L Heard Estate IN REM, 4) Angela Tabb Estate IN REM, 5) Heirs and Assigns of Angela Tabb, 6) Angela Tabb ETAL, 7) James Heard, 8) Eric Heard, 9) Stacy Heard, 10) Brian Heard, 11) Josh Heard, 12) all persons known or unknown who may claim an interest in the property known as 1116 Yates Spring Road, Brinson, Decatur County, Georgia 39825
The right to redeem the described property as 1116 Yates Spring Road, Brinson, Decatur County, Georgia 39825 (Tax Parcel 00250011A00), as follows, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel B 25 11 A, lying and being in Land Lot 73 of the 21st Land District, Decatur County, Georgia, containing 2 acres, more or less, described in Deed Book E10, Page 267, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 1116 Yates Spring Road.
Will Expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of March, 2026, or 30 days from service of notice.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of December, 2024, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Decatur County, Georgia, in Deed Book 540, Page 989.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of March, 2026, or 30 days from the service of notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Diego Francisco, 831 E Evans Street, Bainbridge, Georgia, 39819 or PO Box 1461, Bainbridge, Georgia, 39818.
