TO: NATASHA PALMER, HER HEIRS, ASSIGNS, AND/OR SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST; CROWN ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC; ANY OCCUPANT OF 166 PINERIDGE DRIVE, BAINBRIDGE, DECATUR COUNTY, GEORGIA; ALL PERSONS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON PROPERTY BEING KNOWN AS 166 PINERIDGE DRIVE, BAINBRIDGE, DECATUR COUNTY, GEORGIA
RE: FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION FOR TAX SALE DEED [REF. O.C.G.A. §§ 48-4-45 & 48-4-46]
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain tract of land lying and being in Decatur County, Georgia, being all of Lot 13 of the Briarwood Subdivision according to a plat of the subdivision recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 40, now Plat Slide A168, Land Records, Decatur County, Georgia, which plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof for a more complete and accurate description, will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of May, 2026 or within thirty (30) days after legal service of this Notice, whichever date is later.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of October, 2023 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Decatur County, Georgia, in Deed Book 521, at Page 756.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of May, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
