STATEMENT OF COMMENCEMENT OF WINDING UP
“Cox of Bainbridge LLC [the “Company”], a Georgia Limited Liability Company, through its duly authorized Sole Member, seeks to commence the winding up of the business and affairs of the Company.
“1. The name of limited liability company is Cox of Bainbridge LLC.
“2. By unanimous agreement of the Company’s Sole Member entitled to vote, the Company has been Dissolved and has commenced the winding up of the business and affairs of the Company.
“3. The Company has authorized and empowered John William Yopp, III to execute and file the Statement of Commencement of Winding Up and the Certificate of Termination with the Secretary of State and to do all other acts and execute all necessary forms and documents effect the same.
