PUBLIC NOTICE

“NOTICE AND REQUEST CONCERNING UNKNOWN CLAIMS”

“Cox of Bainbridge LLC [the “Company”], a Georgia Limited Liability Company, through its duly authorized Managing/Sole Member, seeks to commence the winding up of the business and affairs of the Company and has filed a Statement of Commencement of Winding Up with the Georgia Secretary of State. Pursuant to The Official Code of Georgia Annotated Section 14-11-608, any person or entity having claims MUST provide written Notice of the claim to Cox of Bainbridge LLC, Attn: John William Yopp, III, 600 Oak Cove, Norcross, GA 30071 and include the following
information:
“[a] provide a copy of the purchase order, contract, or agreement or fully describe the conditions that gave rise to a claim [date, time, location, parties involved] that gave rise to the claim, [b] full names, addresses, telephone numbers, and contact information of those who have knowledge of the facts, [c] the total US dollar amount of the claim or the property held by Cox of Bainbridge LLC that must be returned or the purchase price
paid.
“[b] Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Statement
of Commencement of Winding Up or claims that arise after the filing of the Statement of Commencement of Winding Up, a claim against Cox of Bainbridge LLC not otherwise
barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years of the publication of this Notice and Request.”
