ALL PERSONS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON PROPERTY BEING KNOWN AS DECATUR COUNTY TAX PARCEL B31-77 919 HELEN STREET, BAINBRIDGE, GEORGIA

RE: FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION FOR TAX SALE DEED [REF. O.C.G.A. §§ 48-4-45 & 48-4-46]

TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 8 and the north 14 feet of Lot 7 of Block 1 of the Arlington Park Subdivision in accordance with a plat of said subdivision recorded in Deed Book O-3, Page 197, Land Records, Decatur County, Georgia. Being Decatur County, Georgia, Tax Parcel Number B31-77, known as 919 Helen Street, will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 22nd day of May, 2026 or within thirty (30) days after legal service of this Notice, whichever date is later.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of December, 2025, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Decatur County, Georgia, in Deed Book 540 at Page 996.

The property may be redeemed at any time before the 22nd day of May, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
