PEER SUPPORT MENTOR
The P2P Peer Support Mentor is an allowable personnel position under Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). The Mentor supports
youth with disabilities through peer-based mentoring, classroom team teaching, and transition-focused activities aligned with the five required Pre-ETS services. The position emphasizes youth engagement, self-advocacy, work readiness, and career exploration.
