To: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MIRIAM P. HAMPTON

You are hereby notified pursuant to Order of Superior Court of Decatur County Judge Lawton C. Heard, Jr., dated June 22, 2026, that a Petition for Money Rule with the above referenced style was filed on June 8, 2026 in the Superior Court of Decatur County by ZXN Properties, LLC (“Petitioner”). The Petition, if granted, will order the disbursal of the excess proceeds generated from the December 3, 2024 tax sale of property located in Decatur County known as 1920 S. West Street, Bainbridge, GA 39819 having Parcel Number B 38 129. You are hereby given notice of this action and directed that you may file any pleading you desire in response to the Petition within thirty (30) days of the aforesaid order by serving Petitioner’s attorney, John C. Clark, Clark Law Group, LLC, 1270 Caroline Street, D120-117, Atlanta, Georgia 30307 and filing said response with the Clerk of Superior Court of Decatur County.
