At the request of the new landowner, Ricky Cox, I conducted an exterior inspection of the mobile home located at 124 Robert Kelly Road, Bainbridge, Decatur County, GA. parcel number 0076A033/PB-736 for a derelict mobile home. After conducting an inspection of the property, the mobile home was found to be abandoned and in derelict condition. A notice has been posted on the property.

You will need to contact the Decatur County Magistrate office to proceed forward with the derelict mobile home process. Please contact the Decatur County Magistrate Office 229-248-3015 for further assistance.
