Notice is hereby given that Atiba Adio Avril, filed his Petition in the Superior Court of Decatur County, Georgia, on the 10th day of September, 2026 praying for a name change in the name of Petitioner’s minor child from Mister Josiah Avril to Josiah Alijah Avril. Notice is hereby given pursuant to law to any interested or affected party to appear in Court and to file objections to such name change, if any they have. Objections must be filed with said Court within 30 days of the filing of said Petition.
