Notice is hereby given that Jeffery David Napier a/k/a Jeff Napier and Amanda Webb Napier a/k/a Amee Napier, filed their Petition in the Superior Court of Decatur County, Georgia, on the 8th day of October, 2026, praying for a change in the name of minor child from Skyler Elizabeth Sims to Skyler Elizabeth Napier. Notice is hereby given pursuant to law to any interested or affected party to appear in Court and to file objections to such name change, if any they have. Objections must be filed with said Court within 30 days of the filing of said Petition.
