PUBLIC NOTICE
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

Notice is hereby given that an ordinance to amend the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations of the City of Bainbridge, Georgia, was introduced at the September 15, 2026, regular meeting of the Mayor and City Council.
The proposed ordinance amends Section 302, pertaining to definitions, and Section 516, pertaining to the dedication and acceptance of public streets and improvements. The amendments address the acceptance of public streets, public street easements, other public-use dedications, and associated maintenance responsibilities.
The proposed ordinance will be presented for consideration by the Mayor and City Council at their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, located at 101 South Broad Street, Bainbridge, Georgia.
The proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at Bainbridge City Hall, 101 South Broad Street, Bainbridge, Georgia, during regular business hours.
