TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel B0290037, lying and being in the City of Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia, containing 0.13 acre, more or less, being Lot 7, Block A, shown in Deed Book F-4, Page 171, being Tract III described in Deed Book 320, Page 509, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 115 West College Street
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 11th day of December, 2026 or within thirty (30) days after legal service of this Notice, whichever date is later.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2025, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Decatur County, Georgia, in Deed Book 555, Page 558, Land Records of Decatur County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 11th day of December, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
